Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Senior SEO Manager to join their team! This position is located in Katy, Texas.

Duties:

• Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists, fostering a culture of a bias for action, continuous learning, and approachability as a mentor
• Develop effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and increase conversion rates
• Collaborate with content creators to develop and optimize SEO-friendly content that aligns with the brand and business objectives
• Monitor and take swift action on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Similar Web

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years of professional SEO experience, including time spent within the retail/e-commerce industry
• Previous or current experience directly managing a digital marketing team such as: SEO specialists, content developers, etc.
• Hands on experience utilizing SEO tools including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, Google Search Console, or similar

The approximate pay range for this position starting at $155,000 - 160,000+ . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
