What You’ll Bring:

• NH Cosmetology or Master Barber License — Required and current.
• A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for team development and customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Daily Operations: Ensure the salon runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Mentor and Motivate: Train and coach stylists to help them grow and succeed.
• Manage Schedules: Align staffing with business needs and salon traffic.
• Maintain Inventory: Keep essential products in stock and organized.
• Uphold Sanitation Standards: Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
