Hidden Gem Nails & Spa in alpine,ut is a brand-new, family-friendly salon dedicated to providing a relaxing and high-quality experience for our guests. We are looking for a Licensed Salon Manager to help lead our team, create an uplifting work culture, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service
• Lead, train, and support a team of nail technicians and staff
• Maintain compliance with Utah state health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Deliver exceptional client experiences, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
• Contribute to marketing, promotions, and community engagement efforts
• Handle budgeting, ordering supplies, and maintaining salon cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Valid Utah Cosmetology or Nail Technician license (required)
• Previous experience as a salon manager or in a leadership role (2+ years preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for customer service and creating a welcoming environment
• Business-minded with organizational and problem-solving abilities.
