THE PRODUCTION WORKER position is responsible for entry-level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Aurora Packing Company policies and procedures.
Applicants will be considered for any general production type opening in any department that may include, but is not limited to: Palletizing Operator
- Operate a console that controls the strapping machine and box sealer.
- Strap the boxes, push them through the glue machine and monitor the machine, ensuring the machine does not damage the boxes.
- Stack the boxes on pallets accordingly. Keep up with the production line. Provide training and support to employees.
Fast-paced and labor-intensive job.

- Transfer boxed product from the conveyor onto the designated pallets.
- Stack the boxes on pallets accordingly.
- Keep up with the production line.
- Provide training and support to other team members.
Requirements
- Must be open to being cross-trained in multiple areas and/or departments.
- Must be willing and able to work overtime, including weekends, when scheduled.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 100lbs
