Donor Relations & Stewardship

  • Build and deliver a first-class donor experience for the Founding Member program.
  • Develop innovative donor engagement strategies and programs to strengthen relationships and grow long-term support.
  • Collaborate to ensure consistent stewardship practices for donors at all levels.

Events & Donor Experiences

  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of donor-focused events (both in-person and virtual) that cultivate, engage, and steward donors.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless, mission-driven events aligned with philanthropy's event strategy.
  • Curate unique experiences for the Founding Member program and other donor segments to deepen relationships and inspire increased giving.
  • Oversee event follow-up to identify and build new relationships, while also deepening existing relationships.
What you'll bring:
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in nonprofit fundraising, with an emphasis on individual giving and digital campaigns.
  • Proven track record in planning events and stewarding donors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage donor portfolios, upgrade annual donors, and grow major gift pipelines.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to shape donor strategy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse donor audiences.
  • Knowledge of Blackbaud NXT, Mailchimp, and DonorSearch would be a significant asset, along with experience using digital fundraising tools and web content management systems.

Key Attributes
