Hiring CNC Operators in Pennsauken, NJ!

Join our team as a Machine Operator supporting our newly installed fabrication line. You will work on a rotating day shift schedule, gaining hands-on experience with CNC machinery, particularly Haas or Brothers 4-5 axis machines. This role focuses on operating, monitoring, and performing quality checks without the need for changeovers, ensuring seamless production of parts.

WEEKLY PAY!!

Shift/Pay:

🕕 1st Shift: 4 days on 4 days off, 6am to 6pm

💵 Pay Rate: $24/hr

Description:

• Make precise adjustments and troubleshoot to meet quality and tolerance standards.
• Maintain high productivity while minimizing material waste and operational costs.
• Operate a variety of machine tools for precision and progressive machining tasks.
• Use hand tools, cutting tools, measuring instruments, and machine tools.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
• Calculate dimensions and tolerances using mathematical skills and precision instruments.
• Measure, inspect, and test completed parts for defects and specification adherence.
• Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, and raw materials onto machines.
• Monitor machine operations for malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions and adjust controls accordingly.
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all safety protocols.
• Support team operations by assisting in other areas and performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:

• CNC operation experience, preferably with Haas or Brothers machines.
• Set up and operation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret CNC programs, blueprints, and engineering diagrams.
• Knowledge of machining fundamentals, shop math, and standard measuring procedures.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
