Job Description:
We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented Trim Carpenters and Shop Helpers to join our team for residential interior and finish work. Positions are available for both field and shop roles, with opportunities for long-term employment and growth.

You’ll be working on projects for homeowners and realtors, with an exciting new project scheduled for January–February in Ohio (Garrison at Ft. Bend) for those seeking ongoing work.

Field Carpenter Responsibilities:

• Perform residential trim and finish carpentry
• Read measurements and install interior components accurately
• Use hand and power tools safely (power tools provided; must have own hand tools)
• Interact professionally with homeowners and customers
• Work comfortably at heights and lift up to 50 lbs
• Start riding in company van; may later have own vehicle
• Must have a valid driver’s license and some English communication skills (bilingual preferred)

Shop Helper Responsibilities:

• Sand and prep materials in a furniture-grade woodworking shop
• Operate table saws, chop saws, and other shop tools
• Maintain attention to quality and craftsmanship
• Support production workflow and assist experienced carpenters
• Ideal for a reliable entry-level ("green") candidate eager to learn a skilled trade

Qualifications:

• Field: 2+ years of interior carpentry experience preferred
• Shop: Basic tool knowledge and good eye for detail
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work full-time hours
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and motivated to learn
